The Asteroid Belt
Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. You're probably pretty familiar with these. But did you know that our solar system is separated into the inner and outer solar system? Everything closer to the sun than Jupiter is in the inner solar system and Jupiter and everything further is in the outer. The Asteroid Belt separates the inner and outer solar system. This belt even contains some dwarf planets; the most notable is called Ceres and was discovered in 1801.
